What distinguishes Ralph from a “normal” property manager?
Ralph's management fee is about 20% cheaper than the competition, but the majority of the savings for the condominium association come from the fact that Ralph can often obtain better terms through better framework agreements for insurance, utilities, janitorial services, and cleaning services.
How do you manage to respond within 24 hours?
Many owners rarely seek support from their property management. When it matters, they expect to be able to reach someone. Therefore, reliability and prompt responses are especially important. We answer over 90% of inquiries within 24 hours, and 80% in less than two hours. Of course, a complex issue may take a little longer, but we'll explain why.
Is Ralph an app or a property management company?
Ralph is a modern property management company, not a software-based one. Each property has a certified, personal contact. We can be reached by phone and send letters. We no longer have a fax machine. We've also developed our own software to optimize our processes for maximum efficiency.
How much does Ralph cost per month?
Ralph offers condominium management starting at approximately €26.99 per month per unit. However, the average asking price depends on the size of the property. The larger the house, the cheaper our service per unit.
Ralph is mostly digital. What does that mean?
We work extensively with software to free up the resources of property managers, allowing them to spend more time with their clients. If you prefer to receive your documents by mail, we can send them by mail. Of course, you can also attend owner meetings in person.
Are you assigned a personal building manager?
Yes, each building gets a personal advisor. We think continuity is very important. For some inquiries related to maintenance or accounting, you might be connected directly to the relevant specialists, with your advisor copied on the email.
