Ralph's management fee is about 20% cheaper than the competition. However, the majority of the savings for the condominium association come from Ralph's better framework agreements for insurance and utilities, and it can often obtain better terms for janitorial and cleaning services.

Ralph is a property management company, not a software company. Each property has a certified, personal contact. We can be reached by phone and send letters. We no longer have a fax machine. We've also developed our own software to optimize our processes and maximize efficiency, freeing up our managers' resources.

Ralph offers condominium management starting at approximately €26.99 per month per unit. However, the average asking price depends on the size of the property. The larger the property, the cheaper our service per unit.
To what extent is Ralph digital?
We've developed our own software to provide transparency: You can track every step of a transaction and trace every bank transaction. With state-of-the-art software and automation, we free up the property managers' time so they can spend more time with their clients. If you prefer to receive your documents by mail, we will send them by mail. Our owners' meetings are, of course, hybrid, meaning many owners still attend in person.
Does Ralph have a personal contact person?
