Ralph offers condominium management starting at approximately €26.99 per month per unit. However, the average asking price depends on the size of the property. The larger the property, the cheaper our service per unit.

If you prefer to receive your documents by mail, we will send them by mail. Our owners' meetings are, of course, hybrid, meaning many owners still attend in person.
