Consent Declaration for the Processing of Personal Data in Accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 (a) and Article 7 GDPRLink to this section

Within the Framework of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

I hereby explicitly declare my consent for Ralph Management GmbH, Marienburger Straße 24, 10405 Berlin, to process my personal and object-related data for the purposes listed below:

  • Preparation and Transmission of Offers: The data will be used to create and provide offers tailored to my needs in connection with the property.
  • Contacting Me: The data will be used to contact me in relation to queries, clarifications, or additional property-related information.
  • Provision of Further Information in the Context of Administration: The property management company will use the data to provide me with information, such as organizational notices, relevant legal changes, or updates from Ralph Management GmbH.

The processing of my personal data is based on my explicit consent in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 (a) GDPR. This consent is a prerequisite for the purposes stated in Point 1 and is given voluntarily.

The property management company will process only the data I have provided, including:

  • Basic Data: Name, address, phone number, and email address.
  • Object-Specific Information: Data directly related to the managed property or offer preparation, such as, but not limited to, apartment number or ownership status.

Processing is conducted solely within the scope of the stated purposes.

  • Personal data will be stored only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in Point 1.
  • Upon withdrawal of consent, the data will be deleted unless legal retention requirements (e.g., under tax or commercial law) necessitate continued storage.

Unauthorized disclosure or use of the data for purposes other than those stated is excluded.

6. Withdrawal of ConsentLink to this section

I have been informed that I may withdraw my consent at any time with future effect.

  • A withdrawal must be submitted in writing to Ralph Management GmbH, Ehrenbergstr. 16a Scanbox 11210, 10245 Berlin, or via email to widerruf@ralph-hv.de.
  • Upon receipt of the withdrawal, my data will be deleted unless further storage is required due to legal retention obligations.
