One fixed contact person
Every property has its own personal property manager. You never have to explain your request from scratch.
Reachable when you need us
You can reach us by phone Monday to Friday from 10 am to 3 pm, and we answer emails within 24 hours. For emergencies, our emergency service is available around the clock.
Certified and a VDIV member
Our property managers are certified, and Ralph is a member of the German association of property managers (VDIV).
