Ralph is a modern property management company, not a software-based one. Each property has a certified, personal contact. We can be reached by phone and send letters. We no longer have a fax machine. We've also developed our own software to optimize our processes for maximum efficiency.
How much does Ralph cost per month?
Ralph offers condominium management starting at approximately €26.99 per month per unit. However, the average asking price depends on the size of the property. The larger the house, the cheaper our service per unit.
Ralph is mostly digital. What does that mean?
We work extensively with software to free up the resources of property managers, allowing them to spend more time with their clients. If you prefer to receive your documents by mail, we can send them by mail. Of course, you can also attend owner meetings in person.
Are you assigned a personal building manager?
Yes, each building gets a personal advisor. We think continuity is very important. For some inquiries related to maintenance or accounting, you might be connected directly to the relevant specialists, with your advisor copied on the email.
